Participation : The event is open to 32 corporate teams. Each team would have a minimum of 3 matches assured. Only employees of the company can participate in the matches. ID Cards of all participants are to be carried compulsorily.

Duration : The tentative duration of matches will be between May and June. The Matches would be spread over a period of 6 Weeks and be Played on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays or any holidays which falls in between the scheduled period).

Team grouping : The participating teams would be divided into Groups with 4 teams in each group. Each team would be playing 3 League matches, and two top teams from each group would qualify. These teams would play against each other to qualify for the Quarter Finals. The winners of the quarter finals would carry on playing the semi finals and winners will play the Big game, for taking the Corporate Challenge 2010

Uniform : All teams are required to be present in a common color T Shirt representing their team. No player would be allowed to participate without proper sports shoes. Also players are not allowed to play in shorts.

Fees : The sports sponsorship charges per team is Rs.8000/- only.
Our deliverables would include all facilities for carrying out the games along with Venues, Umpiring & Scoring, Balls, Snacks, Water & Cool Drinks, Trophies and Prizes with Tons of excitement.

We hereby invite your participation, to play and also win these exciting prizes. The Event would be one of its kinds and would be an excellent way of proving your Companies metal in the field. The Participation is limited and hence we request you to register immediately to avoid disappointment. Corporate can also send more than one team from their organization. Last Date for Registration is 19 th April 2010

Basic Rules for Participation :
1. This is amateur contest and any person playing for State or any kind of professional players would not be permitted to play.
2. On field, Umpires decision would be final.
3. The Match Schedule and venues will be decided by our committee and will be final and abiding.
4. Only employees on company payrolls will be permitted. All the players are required to carry the official Identity cards before the beginning of all the Matches.
5. A detailed list of rules & regulations would be given to all participating teams after the registration. Herewith attached is the Registration Form.

Kindly fill up the Registration form and attach a Cheque / D.D favoring “F5 Ventures” for Rs.8000/- only (Rupees Eight thousand only) and send it to the below mentioned address at the earliest. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
