Details of the event:

Participation 
Owing to the tremendous response and allowing multiple teams from corporate houses we would have a maximum of 32 teams for this event. Each team would have a minimum of 3 matches assured.

Duration
The tentative duration of matches will be from mid of January to end of feburary. The Matches would be spread over a period of 7 Weeks and Played on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays or any holidays which falls in between the scheduled period).

Team grouping
The participating teams would be divided into Groups with 4 teams in each group. Each team would be playing 3 Leagues, and two top teams from each group would qualify. These teams would play against each other to qualify for the Quarter Finals. The winners of the quarter finals would carry on to play the semi finals and winners will play the Big game, for taking the Sponsor’s Name Inter-Corporate Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament – 06.

Fees

The participation fee per team is Rs.6,551/- only. (Inclusive of Service Tax)

Basic Rules For Participation

1. Any person playing for State or any kind of professional players would not be permitted to play.
2. On field, Umpires decision would be final.
3. The Match Schedule and venues will be decided by our committee and will be final and abiding.
4. Only full time employees (no contract employees) will be permitted. All the players are required to carry the official Identity cards before the beginning of all the Matches.
5. In case of more than 32 participating team entries, the first 32 teams will be selected on the basis of First Cheque clearance and for the rest, the Cheque will be refunded.
6. A detailed list of rules & regulations would be given to all participating teams after the registration. Herewith attached is the Registration Form.
7. The selected participants would be informed immediately.
