Corporate Indoor Sports Championship

Corporate Indoor Sports Championship 2012 starting from January would be the best place for Corporate Employees to play their favorite Sport and take away exciting prizes. The events are open for Men & Women participants and would be the best Stress Buster for one and all.This event helps you to build a bond where both the company and employees benefit from getting together as part of a sporting team. Senior managers to raw recruits, all get into the spirit and action of the Games.
About Indoor Sports Championship
The Indoor Sports Championship covers 8 different sports including Table Tennis, Shuttle Badminton, Carrom, Chess, Snooker, Darts, Bowling & Video Gaming. These events are open to men & women in most of the categories as mentioned below;

Participation
This event is open to corporate teams of Chennai. Teams need to register by filling up the forms and payment of the Participation Fees.

Duration
The event is to kick start in January and would be on for a month’s period. All the sports are to be played on weekends only.

Fees
The Participation Fees per Corporate is Rs.12000/-+ Service Tax @ 10.3%. This includes One entry in all the Categories of 8 Sports.
In case of an additional entry in any Sport, a nominal fee of Rs.200 per individual sport and Rs.300 for doubles or team events would be applicable as mentioned in the attached sheet.

Uniform
The participating company has to provide a common color T Shirt, to all their participants.

Kindly fill up the Registration form and attach a Cheque / D.D favoring “F5 Ventures” for the Total Participation Fees & Service Tax @ 10.3% and send it to the below mentioned address at the earliest.

Basic Rules For Participation
> All participants must be of reasonable health & fitness to participate in the specific events.
> On field, judges / organizers / Referees / Umpires decision would be final. The event Schedule and venues will be decided by our committee and will be final and abiding.
> The participant company has to appoint a coordinator, who will be a one point contact for the organizers and vice versa.
> Only one nomination per Sport Category, individual or team, is available in the registration package. For additional nominations, charges are applicable.
> The nomination form along with the details of the participants & payments has to be submitted to the organizers at least 2 weeks ahead of the event start.
> Additional nominations, if any would have to be submitted along with the necessary forms and payments as per schedule.
> In case of the nomination being changed, the same has to be notified to the organizers at least one day in advance of the event.
> All participants have to appear for all the events in the company color T Shirts only. If found not to be in official wear, the individuals will be disqualified.
> Only full time employees (no contract employees) will be permitted. All the players are required to carry the official Identity cards before the beginning of all events
> During all the events, the participants need to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the designated start time.
> All safety gears and equipments have to be brought by the participants. The organizers will not be responsible for any kind of incidents / mishaps / loss of property on or off the field.
> All teams are requested to maintain discipline and to avoid any kind of arguments with any other participant.
> A detailed list of rules & regulations for each of the event would be given to all participating teams after the registrations are completed. Herewith attached is the Registration Form.
